Returns Policy

At Creative Tiling, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the sensitive nature of our products, we have the following return conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted for change of mind purchases within 14 days of receipt.
• The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
• Opened, used, or installed products cannot be returned, as they are prone to scratching or damage once removed from their packaging.

Exclusions

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Grouts, glues, and adhesives.
• Any product that has been installed or removed from its original packaging.
• Custom orders or clearance items.

Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return shipping.
• All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Creative Tiling is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method or issue store credit.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the inspection and refund process to be completed.
• A refund will not be issued for items that arrive damaged, used, or in non-original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
• For approved claims, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
